We do not SPAM! Your e-mail address will only be used for registration confirmation and occasional menu changes, special offers and changed opening hours.

If you are interested in receiving notifications about job offers at FRESCO GRILL please sign up for our "Jobs Newsletter". You can register or unregister this newsletter at any time in your user account's settings.

We currently only support registration with Austrian cell phone numbers. Your phone number will be used to confirm your registration and to confirm future online orders.

Terms and conditions

We take great care to provide the best experience possible to our registered customers. To ensure best service delivered to our registered customers, we require your full name, email address, mobile phone number and student ID number (for student registrations).

We want to make sure that our registered customers enjoy exclusive offers as often as possible. Our program for registered customers includes: online ordering system; bonus points from each purchase made in our restaurant and online for steady customers that can be used for purchases at Fresco Grill; discounts for students; discounts and special offers available only to registered customers; exclusive newsletter with special offers, changes in opening times, event updates and information about new products available for our regular customers to try for free.

When you come to Fresco Grill as a registered customer, just tell us your customer number and we will top up the bonus points from your purchase onto your steady customer account, or apply your student discount, as well as tell you more about the exclusive offers available on that day.

Privacy of our customers is important to us. We do not share regular customers’ data with third parties. We use the data provided to us only for registration process, distribution of our exclusive newsletter to keep you up to date with special offers, for delivery and collection of your bonus points from your purchases on your account and for our online ordering system.

Be sure, that our exclusive newsletter is not a SPAM. We send it on average one to two times per month to inform you about special offers and other important information, to make sure that you know about the benefits of our regular customer program.

We use two step registration process. When you register as our regular customer, you will receive an activation link and customer number per email. To finalize registration, you will need an activation code which we will send to you per text message immediately after your registration. To finalize the registration process, please follow the activation link to enter your activation code.

You will be able to deactivate or delete your account at any time. This will be possible by logging into your regular customer account and following the provided instructions. In that case all your data will be deleted and any unused points as well.
